A New Era for WaterWorks Showrooms

Major Renovations in Sumter & Florence, South Carolina

Over the past year, WaterWorks Pools & Spas has completed major renovations at both of our retail locations as part of our continued investment in the communities we serve.

These renovations were designed to create immersive outdoor living environments where customers can explore the latest innovations in pools, spas, and backyard design. Each showroom now allows homeowners to experience the WaterWorks difference firsthand — from luxury pools and spas to outdoor kitchens, gazebos, and premium outdoor furniture.

The New Sumter Showroom

Completely Rebuilt – Fall 2025

In the fall of 2025, WaterWorks began a complete transformation of our Sumter showroom. What started as a renovation quickly evolved into a full rebuild as we reimagined the entire space from the ground up.

The newly redesigned showroom now features dramatic 23-foot ceilings and an open modern layout that highlights the products and outdoor living environments our customers love.

A massive glass door system connects the indoor showroom to our brand-new backyard oasis, creating a seamless transition between indoor displays and outdoor inspiration.

The Backyard Oasis

The centerpiece of the Sumter renovation is a fully built custom inground pool display designed to showcase the level of craftsmanship and design WaterWorks delivers for our customers.

The pool features:

• Premium glass bead plaster finish
• Infinity edge spillover spa
• Advanced in-floor cleaning system
• Raised waterfalls with fire bowls
• Elegant architectural pool design

Surrounding the pool are five custom gazebos, each designed to showcase different outdoor living environments.

These gazebos feature spa displays from two of the most respected brands in the industry:

• Bullfrog Spas
• Nordic Hot Tubs

The outdoor space also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, making it easy for visitors to imagine hosting family and friends in their own backyard retreat.

To complete the experience, the space includes premium artificial turf and a custom putting green, creating a fun and relaxing outdoor atmosphere.

Florence Showroom Renovation

Expanded & Updated – Spring 2025

Earlier in 2025, just before the start of the summer season, WaterWorks also completed a major renovation of our Florence showroom.

The Florence store was expanded to approximately 2,500 square feet, creating a larger and more modern retail space to better serve customers throughout the Pee Dee region.

Along with the indoor improvements, we added a brand-new outdoor living display area designed to showcase the latest trends in backyard entertainment and relaxation.

The Florence location now features:

• Artificial turf with a putting green
• Outdoor kitchen display
• Outdoor gazebo designed for spa displays
• Premium spa models from Bullfrog Spas and Nordic Hot Tubs
• Our expanding line of luxury outdoor furniture

These improvements allow customers to walk through real outdoor environments and see how spas, furniture, and outdoor kitchens come together to create a complete backyard lifestyle.
