My name is Crystal Gibson. I am the Retail Manager and I am also the Store Manager of our Florence location.
I joined the WaterWorks family in April 2019 as a Retail Sales Associate and quickly learned how to perform a water analysis, recommend chemicals needed to maintain proper balance of the water chemistry, and became familiar with the necessary equipment required to maintain your pool or spa.
I was promoted to Store Manager later in 2019 and became Retail Manager in 2020.
As Retail Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that our stores are properly staffed with knowledgeable associates who are available to assist our customers with their needs.
Whether you are looking to receive a water analysis, looking for cleaning supplies, or needing a part, the retail staff are here to assist you.
I take pride in knowing that each customer receives the level of professionalism and knowledge that they need to be successful.
Before joining WaterWorks, I had no knowledge of the pool/spa industry, but I had an extensive history in customer service and a yearning to learn.
I took that and ran with it, not just the information that was provided to me during my initial training, but through my own research and asking many questions of my co-workers (I’m sure they enjoyed that).
