Press Release February 13, 2011 -- WaterWorks Pools & Spas opens it new retail store in Sumter, SC in January of 2010. This has been a success since 2002 for the owner Eric Prince he has followed in his families foot steps since 1983. Eric Always looked up to his families success since he was just kid. Eric saw a need in 2002 as the swimming pool business was growing to start his own Installation company at that time he would travel anywhere in south carolina to help other companies install pools. That was just the beginning for his success at that time Eric was only 22 yrs old. His company that 1st year installed over 100 in ground and above ground pools he became known all around South Carolina for his great reputation of building these pools.
1998-2002 Helped run his families swimming pool store Inside Out a division of Aqua Pools
2003 Opened the 1st swimming pool store in Manning SC he operated this until 2005 that company name was Pool Supply
2006-2009 continued to build and sell swimming pools in Sumter, SC
Received CPO Licence- Certified Pool Opertator
2010 Opened his second retail store WaterWorks located @ 1236 Alice Dr Sumter, SC during that year WaterWorks was voted #1 pool store Sumter SC
2011 Continued to expand and succeed.
2012 Continued to expand and succeed. So we brought in Whitney Moss Eric's Sister as office manager and she will bring her expertise in helping with customer service & management as WaterWorks customer base continues to expand.
2013 Looking forward to having another excellent year wtih your continued support.
2014 Purchaed the buildings at 1236 & 1240 Alice Drive providing another 3000 sq ft to bring in more product lines.
2015 With continued success the building was renovated to better serve you.
2016 Opened another line Coastal Patio Living a division of WaterWorks. December of 2016 will be opening 2nd location in Florence SC 2251 W Palmetto St
