Major Renovations in Sumter & Florence, South Carolina

Over the past year, WaterWorks Pools & Spas has completed major renovations at both of our retail locations as part of our continued investment in the communities we serve.

These renovations were designed to create immersive outdoor living environments where customers can explore the latest innovations in pools, spas, and backyard design. Each showroom now allows homeowners to experience the WaterWorks difference firsthand — from luxury pools and spas to outdoor kitchens, gazebos, and premium outdoor furniture.

The New Sumter Showroom

Completely Rebuilt – Fall 2025

In the fall of 2025, WaterWorks began a complete transformation of our Sumter showroom. What started as a renovation quickly evolved into a full rebuild as we reimagined the entire space from the ground up.

The newly redesigned showroom now features dramatic 23-foot ceilings and a modern open layout that showcases the products and outdoor living environments our customers love.

A massive glass door system connects the indoor showroom to our backyard oasis, creating a seamless transition between the indoor displays and our outdoor entertainment space.

The Backyard Oasis

The centerpiece of the Sumter renovation is a fully built custom inground pool display designed to showcase the level of craftsmanship and design WaterWorks delivers for our customers.

The pool features:

• Premium glass bead plaster finish
• Infinity edge spillover spa
• Advanced in-floor cleaning system
• Raised waterfalls with fire bowls
• Elegant architectural pool design

Surrounding the pool are five custom gazebos, each designed to showcase different outdoor living experiences.

These gazebos feature spa displays from two of the most respected brands in the industry:

• Bullfrog Spas
• Nordic Hot Tubs

The outdoor space also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, premium artificial turf, and a custom putting green, creating a relaxing and interactive environment for visitors.

Florence Showroom Renovation

Expanded & Updated – Spring 2025

Earlier in 2025, just before the summer season, WaterWorks completed a renovation and expansion of our Florence showroom.

The Florence store now features approximately 2,500 square feet of indoor showroom space, allowing us to better display our pool products, spas, outdoor furniture, and backyard accessories.

As part of the renovation, we also expanded our outdoor display area, creating a dedicated outdoor living environment for customers to explore.

Outdoor Living Displays in Florence

The Florence location now includes a beautiful enclosed open-air outdoor structure along with a landscaped yard area designed to showcase outdoor living products.

The outdoor area features:

• Artificial turf and putting green
• Outdoor kitchen display
• An open-air covered building for spa and furniture displays
• Premium hot tubs from Bullfrog Spas and Nordic Hot Tubs
• Expanded displays for our luxury outdoor furniture lines

This outdoor space allows customers to see how spas, outdoor kitchens, and furniture can come together to create a complete backyard lifestyle.
